An exclusive open mic for the 55+ community returns to celebrate self-expression, storytelling, and shared joy
Mumbai, July 2025: Gen S Life, a lifestyle app committed to enriching the lives of India’s 60+ community, in collaboration with arts collective Dowith Lit, is back with the second edition of its much-loved event, Suno Sunao Sunday Manao – Mumbai’s first curated open mic exclusively for senior citizens. The event is scheduled for Sunday, July 6, 2025, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Jashn Studio, Khar (West), Mumbai.
The event continues to offer a powerful yet simple format featuring music, poetry, humour, and storytelling performed by participants aged 55 and above. It goes beyond entertainment, creating a vibrant space for expression, connection, and rediscovery. Suno Sunao Sunday Manao celebrates the enduring creative spirit of seniors and places their voices at the forefront of Mumbai’s cultural landscape.
Speaking about the initiative, Meenakshi Menon, Founder, Gen S Life, said,
