Greater Noida, March 26, 2026: Noida-based Shree KB Group has leased approximately 75% of the retail space at its commercial project, KB Mart, marking a significant milestone for the development.
Spread across 2,90,000 sq. ft., KB Mart is emerging as a flagship retail destination in Knowledge Park-II, Greater Noida. The project is designed as a contemporary mixed-use development, combining high-street retail, a food court, and premium studio apartments. With strong connectivity via the KP-II sector and the Aqua Line Metro, the development has attracted a mix of reputed domestic and international brands.
According to the company, the leasing activity is expected to generate around ₹20 crore in revenue. The project spans over 2.3 acres and features a four-side open layout, offering prominent frontage directly opposite the India Expo Centre & Mart, a major exhibition and convention hub.
KB Mart benefits from a strategic location surrounded by universities and educational institutions, providing access to a catchment of over two lakh students. This is expected to ensure steady footfall and sustained commercial activity. The development already hosts a diverse tenant mix, including anchor brands, fashion retailers, food and beverage outlets, and essential service providers. More than 50 stores are currently operational, with several additional brands set to launch in the coming months.
Commenting on the development, Rakesh Singhal, Founder of Shree KB Group, said the strong leasing response reflects the project’s strategic location and the growing demand for organized retail in Greater Noida. Established in 2005, Shree KB Group is a prominent real estate developer in Greater Noida, known for delivering residential and commercial projects. The company previously developed the KB Complex, a 1,45,000 sq. ft. commercial project that achieved full occupancy within six months of its launch.
To date, the group has delivered over 5,50,000 sq. ft. of residential and commercial space, with a total project value of approximately ₹800 crore. In addition to development, the company operates in real estate consulting and has facilitated transactions involving more than 250 acres of land. It has also played a role in establishing an industrial park for Patanjali Ayurved.
